About Me

Thank you for visiting The Undercover Cook!  I am Jenna, a marketing manager by day, domestic diva by night and a non-stop mom 24/7.

In my “spare” time I love to cook and enjoy food.  I am always on the hunt for delicious recipes, easy ways to making smarter eating choices for my family and interesting new food trends to follow.

If you have a similar interest in food, please grab a beverage, kick back and let’s chat.  After all, food is one of those things in life that is always better when it is shared.

  1. Hi Jenna,
Jenna Smith sent your blog to me and I really love it. My husband and I love to entertain and I love the reaction that people have when they are enjoying something new. Jenna Smith gave me a few boxes of the Coconut Shrimp from Sea Pak and I prepared them for friends 2 weeks ago and it was funny how surprised they
were that they were grocery store or box store purchases – so hopefully we have some new Sea Pak consumers.
In today’s NYT they featured a peanut butter, Nutella and ice cream sandwich – not the healthiest choice of snacks but not the worst for a dessert. Also on Saturday I was in Manhattan at Chelsea Market (Amy’s Bread) and bought 2 chocolate chip bread sticks – they were so yummy. Cut them in small cubes for a quick addition to my dessert menu for Sunday.
This is a great blog – you are amazing being a marketer, Mom and
    chef.
    Hope to meet you someday,
    Laraine

Thanks so much for stopping by Laraine! Nutella definitely seems to be one of the “It” ingredients right now. I have a post coming out later in the week for Nutella Ribboned Banana Bread. Love the stuff!

I am sure we will meet at some point. Please thank Jenna for telling you about my blog!
